How can I return a product?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can start a return within 30 days of receiving the product. Contact our customer service team for instructions. See our refund policy for details.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay at checkout. Prices are in Canadian dollars, and HST is added at checkout.
What are the shipping options?
Standard shipping is $12, free on orders over $75, with delivery in 3 to 5 business days. Express shipping is $20, with delivery in 1 to 2 business days. Local delivery is free within 20 km of our North York shop on orders of $150 or more. We currently ship within Canada only. See our shipping policy for details.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes, for free. Choose in-store pickup at checkout and we will email you when your order is ready, usually within 24 hours. Pickup is at 77 Martin Ross Ave, North York, open daily from 10 AM to 7 PM.
How do I know a part fits my Tesla?
Every listing shows the Tesla part number. Match it to your service estimate, or send us your VIN and we will confirm the exact part before you order.
What is the warranty on your products?
Products come with a standard warranty. Check the product page or contact us for details on a specific part. For drivetrain and electronics protection, see our extended warranty.
How do I place an order?
Open the product page, choose any options and click Add to cart, then check out. You can also order by phone at 437-800-2328.
Is the product in stock?
Availability is shown on each product page. If a part is out of stock, contact us and we will tell you when it is expected.
Can you install the part for me?
Yes. Installation is done by our sister shop, Royal GTA Auto, in the same building. Request a quote on our Services page.
